Although my specialty is T-shirts, I also print Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Sweatpants, Hats, tote Bags, Bandanas, and most other wearable items. I do the traditional Screen Printing using Plastisol ink. It goes on the shirts wet, is ran through a special dryer to cure the ink and is then ready to wear. The benefits of doing this method of printing is that the printed design will not peel off or fade like many other methods of T-shirt printing. You can have a nice detailed design that will last as long as the shirt itself. About the only negative to Screen Printing is that due to the cost of screens and supplies, it is not cost effective to do small orders of shirts. That is why I require a minimum order of 12 shirts.
