Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there a minimum quantity I need to order?
 - Yes. Our minimum order is 12 pieces per design (The design must be the same size/color on all shirts). If you want to use same design, but change the ink color, this can be done for a small extra charge.

2. What type of payment methods do you accept?
 - We currently accept checks for local orders, and credit cards through PayPal for all orders that are not local. For items to be shipped, our policy is to get your credit card number at the time your order is placed. This allows us to order your garments and set your art up to send to you for approval. The credit card given will be charged at the time the order is shipped.

3. What is your turnaround time?
 - Typically all orders will be delivered/ ship within 5 days or less of art approval. Arrival time from that date is dependent upon where you are located. Rush orders are available for an additional cost

4. How should we send the art to you?
 - I currently use CorelDraw X3 to create my designs and color separations. I also have Illustrator and Photoshop. The preferred format for vector art would be .CDR, .EPS, or .AI, a PDF will work too. Bitmap Images such as Jpeg, BMP, Gif, or Publisher files that are more than 1 color will need to be recreated. If you have a simple 1 color design that you would like to print, you can save it as  a black and white Jpeg with a minimum resolution of 200 dpi and that will work fine too.

5. Can you make a custom design?
 - We can create the perfect design for your school, church, business, team, or event. Art charges will be quoted on a per project basis, but most simple art will be supplied at no cost to you.

6. What is the maximum print size?
 - Our maximum print size is approximately 15" x 18". We have the ability to print on the front, back, sleeve, and side prints.

7. Do you have a price list for all the items you offer?
 - Sorry, No. Due to the number of items that our numerous vendors carry there is no way for us to set up a price structure for each item. We do have a price breakdown for a basic 100% cotton or 50/50 t-shirt by Gildan, Hanes, Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, or Jerzees. 8. Do you print on customer supplied items?
 - Typically No. We only print on items we purchase from our vendors. The reason for this is that if a garment is misprinted or damaged we would have no way of replacing the item. We can get most items available from our vendors shipped to us the next day to guarantee that all orders ship on time. There may be exceptions though.

9. Can you mix and match different color garments and colors for the same price?
 - You can mix and match colors and sizes of the same garments as long as the print is exactly the same of all items For example, you want 12 gray shirts, 12 white shirts, 4 red shirts and 1 yellow shirt…. The price stays the same. Mix and match! You can also order the same design on other garments such as Hoodies, long sleeve Tees etc, as long as the design stays the same, there is no minimum order of each type of garment.

10. Why should you choose Gator-Tees over other screen printers?
 - We have been screen printing T-shirts for the last 10 years. Every piece of the process from start to finish is done in- house which guarantees the highest quality finished product. We offer good quality, fast turn-around, and good prices.
